  5. @illumistream actually the point of HIIT cardio is raise up your metabolism for 30 hours so you can burn fat even while standing still on one place.It’s fast and not as boring as the LIIT cardio and has x9 the effect.Low intensity cardio burns fat until you get of the pedals.HIIT 30 hours later.Look at a marathon runner ( a person using only LIIT, skinny and no muscle).And look at the sprinter (lean body with a small amount on fat and big amount on muscle. Conclusion HIIT beats LIIT!
